What Is Thermogenesis

Thermogenesis means the creation of heat and is the process of heat production in organisms and is used by scientists to describe the activity of BAT (Brown Adipose Tissue or Brown Fat).

We don't have much of this BAT and it is found in very small amouts in the body. This is GOOD FAT you can't see BAT on you, you want as much of this fat as you can get. BAT has one purpose, to create heat. To do this it uses calories it gets these calouris from white fat. White Fat (White adipose tissue) is BAD FAT, the fat which you can see on your body, the fat you want to get ride of!

Thermogenesis is the term used by scientists to describe the activity of BAT, which includes dozens of biochemical and metabolic events. The basic outcome of these events is the generation of thermo units, in other words, Thermogenesis is a natural process in which fat is burned to produce body heat.
