What is Slimming Chronobiology

This is the study that analyses the way in which our body clock uses the food that we consume during the day. The body is an accurate clock: Time is Time! In fact, our food intake is assimilated differently, depending on the time of day when we eat, for instance, the fat we ingested during the evening are stored whereas, in the morning, they are used as an energy source. It is a well known fact that we should leave an interval of up to 3 to 4 hours between our meals in order to digest food properly.

Finally, if we eat to quickly or overfill our mouths, we have swallow more food in order to feel full. Depending on the time at which we eat, our body will utilise even the smallest quantity of food to varying extent. In fact, we are all well aware of what happens when we don't eat the recommended quantities and comply with intervals between meals: "feeling Shattered", weakness, daytime drowsiness and disturbed sleep at night. This also triggers weight gain.
